About the role:

We require an experienced Change Program Manager (initially a 12-month contract) reporting to the EGM Human Resources to deliver work on our large transformation projects leading the change deliverables for our Supply Chain transformation.

Working as part of the transformation team, this is an end-to-end change management role responsible for developing and delivering change plan, impact analysis, stakeholder management and communication plans, learning, adoption & engagement strategies for successful project delivery and adoption.

 About You:

  • You are a seasoned, hands-on change manager, preferably with experience working with implementations across a large organisation as part of transformation or in complex environments
  • Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experienced across people and process change, especially change impact analyses, assessing change readiness, aligning processes and ways of working
  • Skilled in helping people go through a change process and able to lead change management activities from concept to adoption
  • Effective engagement & influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience in supply chain change programs highly regarded!
