About the role:

The Business Process Manager role has been designed to manage the implementation of systems and process improvement projects within the M&I business. Working closely with the leadership team, you will provide regular updates on project timelines and be the conduit between the relevant business units.

Your role will be part of the day to day operational requirements, with an overarching focus on our transformation projects across logistics, pricing, product master data and customer solutions.

Reporting to the General Manager – Finance, this role is a 12 month maternity leave position, based at North Ryde.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the responsibilities, accountabilities, and performance of 10+ direct reports.
  • Act as the key interface between the M&I Business with BIS and Transformation on SAP or business process changes and change management.
  • Enable the implementation of key CSR Transformation Projects with the M&I Business:
  • Manage and lead the M&I continuous improvement programme to enable business process optimisation -through implementation of new systems, system changes and improvements driven by effective project management, on time and within budget controls.
  • Drive effective change management process to ensure business system changes are adopted and put into best practice
  • Leverage & drive implementation of IT developments across other BU’s where appropriate
  • Drive adoption of best practice within Master Data for M&I

About You:

  • Proven experience in a Business Process Manager or similar role
  • SAP / Microsoft systems knowledge
  • Excellent communication, ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • A proven record in proactively investigating and collaboratively leading business in adopting innovative solutions, best practices, and new processes / technologies
  • Resilient to, and able to drive & implement change and business solutions
  • The ability to translate high level business requirements into system and solution design, tailored to fit to business needs
