Part of the CSR family, our Masonry & Insulation Business Unit comprises of Bradford Insulation, PGH Bricks and Monier Roofing. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a large range of products and systems that cover insulation, construction fabrics, ventilation, solar, bricks and rooftiles.

About the role:

We are looking for Customer Service Officers to further develop and enhance our Supply & Install and Customer Service team to deliver a safe, cost effective and timely internal installation service that satisfies the needs of our key builder customers. The role is Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, based at our Ingleburn site. Reporting to the Installation Manager - Sales Operations, your responsibilities will be to:    

  • Communicate with our Major Builder Supervisors, Home Owners and other key stake holders withing the business
  • Liaise with a diverse team of subcontracted Supply & Fix specialists across all 3 products;
  • Responsibility for either order entry, allocation of labour resources, price referencing, stock checks and payment processes, raising credits, investigating the work in progress reports, etc;
  • Develop continued efficiency in the supply and fix processes to ensure contractors are enabled to complete projects in full and on time, builders are communicated with effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure sub-contractor supply and fix standards meet contracted service level agreements;
  • Ensure work safety standards comply with CSR and legislative requirements

What you can provide:

  • Proven contractor management and administration skills coupled with related experiences preferably within the building or construction services sector;
  • Quick learning with the desire to improve and learn new processes
  • Exceptional coordination; organisation and communication skills; 
  • Exceptional ability at managing multiple tasks and projects, prioritising work and accuracy; 
  • Strategically focused with excellent time management;
  • Capable of working effectively with people at all levels;
  • Able to effectively coordinate and manage a range of stakeholders’ requirements;
  • Flexible and adaptable to market conditions and customer needs;
  • Computer literacy, particularly with Excel and data entry will be essential in this role;
  • Experience in SAP is highly desirable.
