Warehouse Officer – Mornington

CSR Gyprock Trade is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of high performing building products for the residential and commercial segments across Australia and New Zealand.

About the role:

This exciting opportunity to work in a busy, highly successful trade sales operation is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career. This role is split between our warehouse operations and Trade Sales counter with duties including taking and keying customer orders, forklift driving, picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping. Other duties include ensuring orders, invoices, stock control and merchandising are managed to CSR standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth day to day operation of our warehouse along with stock maintenance, safe loading and unloading of trucks, customer pickups & deliveries.
  • Assisting with all facets of customer service including taking and keying of customer orders.
  • Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to, as well as requirements under chain of responsibility.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in Trade Sales/warehouse operations is preferred but not essential
  • Current Forklift license is preferable, but we will train the successful applicant.
  • Hold safety as a high value
  • Strong focus on building customer relationships
  • Be comfortable with manual handling – including lifting up to 20kgs
  • Be a great all-round communicator
  • And most importantly a willingness to learn and a positive attitude!
