About the opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team based in North Ryde. You will be joining a well-established, friendly, and enjoyable team who are truly passionate about partnering with our business to identify and attract the best talent.

It takes a determined, curious, and creative minded Talent Acquisition Business Partner to make sure we are always discovering unique talent that will take CSR into the future. To achieve this, your role will be to partner with and build close relationships with key stakeholders, provide a strategic approach to identifying and attracting quality talent to CSR across a broad range of roles across Australia and NZ, including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance and IT & Digital, providing candidates with an experience that is seamless and exceptional.

About You

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment role working with high volume and complex roles.
  • You’re an independent, adaptable, and highly motivated business partner who loves what you do. You’re able to deliver results on time and wear many hats to juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
  • You’re creative minded and understand that sourcing strategies are always evolving. You have the aptitude to leverage our purpose to tailor your approach and identify and attract the right talent using a variety of platforms.
  • You’re able to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders. You know how to build trust and credibility and communicate effectively to suit your audience.
  • Professionalism and tact come naturally to you when dealing with various situations that arise in the role.
  • You are computer savvy and have experience with applicant tracking systems (PageUp would be a bonus).
  • Most importantly, you are a passionate people person with a sense of fun!
