The opportunity!

We currently have a full-time permanent opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Business Analyst in North Ryde. Reporting to the Procurement Process Manager, you’ll be part of a team who is dedicated to continual improvement and delivering outstanding support to the business. We need an individual who shares the same passion.  This is an opportunity for a “technical person” to be mentored in business engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • System admin of the ‘e-Catalogue’ solution. Set up new users, assist suppliers etc.
  • System admin of Dashboards using various systems; (SAP BW/BI, SaaS etc). Creating new views.
  • Data analysis and insight for our Procurement Category managers
  • Technical support of our SAP P2P (procure to pay) process and other systems.
  • Back up the Vendor Master Co-ordinator and managing legacy conversions, mass maintenance, etc when required.
  • Deliver improvement projects

What will make you an excellent fit for this role?

  • Ideally, a STEM related degree/qualification e.g. Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths
  • Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • A strong collaborative and consultative disposition
  • Good communications skills and the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong time management and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • A drive and motivation to achieve high quality outputs
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills are highly desirable
  • SAP Purchasing or MM experience, or desire to achieve quickly.
  • A positive outlook and genuine passion for working as a part of a wider and close knit team!

This is a key position that will see you becoming a business partner with multiple divisions and departments throughout CSR, providing you with invaluable exposure across the business.
