The Opportunity 

Working in a leading building products company you will be the leader of our Noosa store! You will be able to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary to succeed, you will aim high and deliver. You will thrive in an ever changing and diverse environment that requires you to think outside the box and you will have the opportunity to work across varied functions from safety to finance, and everything in between.

Treating our business like your own, you will work closely with your customers to understand their businesses and help them to succeed, whilst leading a close-knit team to provide exceptional customer experience and ensure their continual success and development.

A day in the life of a Store Manager…

  • Successfully manage the end to end sales process for small account customers: qualifying customer needs and budget, presenting appropriate solutions, negotiating and closing new business;
  • Seek to improve processes and procedures;
  • Achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly budget targets and KPI’s;
  • Completing necessary reports and analyse to determine corrective actions;
  • Leading the team in a constructive and achievement orientated way, driving for a culture of safety and responsibility.

To ‘smash it’ and role model our behaviours, you will….

  • Have proven experience in leading a team and managing a sales/retail environment;
  • Work toward a constructive, achievement orientation and collaborative manner;
  • Have high energy and enthusiasm and exceptional communication;
  • Be physically fit, as there is some manual labour and have your forklift ticket (or willing to get it);
  • Have good computer skills;
  • Be open to new, getting the job done and having fun along the way;
  • Hold safety as a high value.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday: 06:00am to 16:00pm
