Customer Service Officer - Supply & Install – Ingleburn

Part of the CSR family, our Masonry & Insulation Business Unit comprises of Bradford Insulation, Monier Roofing and PGH Bricks & Pavers. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a large range of products and systems that cover insulation, ventilation, solar, bricks and roof tiles.

The Opportunity 

As the business continues to grow, we have a unique opportunity to further develop and enhance our Supply & Fix and Customer Service team to deliver a safe, cost effective and timely internal installation service that satisfies the needs of our key builder customers. Reporting to the Sales Manager Residential – NSW, your key responsibilities will be to:     

  • Liaise with a diverse team of sub contracted Supply & Fix specialists;
  • Responsible for allocating, pricing, stock and payment processes;
  • Develop continued efficiency in the supply and fix processes to ensure contractors are enabled to complete projects in full and on time;
  • Ensure sub-contractor supply and fix standards meet contracted service level agreements;
  • Ensure work safety standards comply with CSR and legislative requirements.

What Will Make You a Good Fit for Our Team?

  • Proven contractor management /administration skills coupled with related experiences preferably within the building or construction services sector;
  • Exceptional coordination; organisation and communication skills;  
  • A flair for managing multiple tasks and projects;  
  • Strategically focused with excellent time management;
  • Capable of working effectively with people at all levels;
  • Able to effectively coordinate and manage a range of stakeholders’ requirements;
  • Flexible and adaptable to market conditions and customer needs;
  • Computer literacy, particularly with Excel and data entry will be essential in this role;
  • Experience in SAP is highly desirable.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday: 07:30am – 03:30pm or 07:00 - 3:00pm
