Account Manager – Multi Residential, Wetherill Park

Part of the CSR Group our Interior Systems business consists of leading brands of Gyprock Plasterboard, Himmel Interior Systems and Martini insulation, and positions in internal systems and fit outs for residential and commercial markets. We are a leader in providing innovative lightweight solutions across the building industry.

The Opportunity!

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate sales professional to join our Residential sales team in Wetherill Park.

The main purpose of this role is to educate, influence, generate and deliver internal lining solutions in the multi residential market. You will engage with a target audience of plasterboard contractors to grow our market share in the Sydney Metro multi-residential construction segment.

  • Minimum three years B2B sales experience in the construction industry
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identifying growth opportunities in the segment
  • Delivering sales targets by volume, ASP and contribution and delivering growth strategies across our internal linings segment
  • Ability to articulate and understand market and pricing impacts
  • Foresees potential internal and external obstructions and manages appropriately
  • Ability to manage multiple channels to deliver unique solutions to stakeholders
  • Monitoring of competitor activity and profiling

What would make you a good fit for the role?

  • Minimum three years B2B sales experience in the construction industry
  • The ability to knock down doors and quickly identify or discard an opportunity
  • Can show a history of self-motivation and working autonomously in a similar role
  • Construction experience would be of benefit to manage any customer technical challenges but not essential
  • Previous demonstration and understanding of channel and channel management
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an existing high performing team and other CSR business units
  • Energy and passion for delivering a customer centric service approach
