Part of the CSR family, our Masonry and Insulation (M&I) Business Unit comprises of Bradford Insulation, Bradford Energy, PGH Bricks, and Monier Roofing. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a large range of products and systems.

The Opportunity!

We currently have an opportunity for a sales professional to join our Queensland Residential Sales Team in our newly formed Masonry & Insulation business unit.

You will be responsible for accounts in the residential builder segment delivering on objectives to grow accounts and discover new opportunities. Ideally this role would suit an individual who has an interest in design and product systems selling as a part of this role is liaising with colour room staff and working with our striking brick and tile products amongst others.

What does the role involve?...

  • Strategic development of customer base to support the generation of new business, increased product system sales to ensure that growth targets can be achieved
  • Sourcing new opportunities through contacts and market intelligence
  • Negotiating sales contracts and preparing customer quotations where necessary to maximise all sales opportunities
  • Managing customer accounts to ensure payments are made within the specified term
  • Building effective relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Support constructive culture across region and state

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with enthusiasm
  • Established sales experience, preferably within the building industry
  • Technical knowledge to be able to talk shop
  • Strong sales skills and ability to identify and convert sales opportunities
  • An ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers
  • Customer focused consultative approach to selling
