The opportunity  

CSR has embarked on a business wide strategic transformation. We now have an exciting opportunity available for a seasoned Project Manager to lead Infrastructure & Master Planning design and delivery projectsProjects will be complex, cross functional and cross-Businesfocusing on total site efficiency, footprint utilisation and warehouse optimization. 

This role would manage and ensure the successful delivery of business outcomes as they relate to scope, quality, budgetresources and timelines of the project. We need an energetic and passionate expert who has strong demonstratable experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing and/or logistics space. 

Your duties will include: 

  • Engagement and management of key project stakeholders 

  • Preparation of project plans (milestones, activities, schedules, resource allocation etc). Ensuring the project meets timing, quality and scope targets 

  • Effectively manage resources assigned to projects in terms of time management, skill requirements and availability 

  • Understanding the business drivers and the application to ensure the desired outcomes are realised 

  • Provision of regular communications (e.g. steering committees, status reports) 

  • Identification, tracking and reporting of project activities, stakeholders, costs, issues & risks throughout project lifecycle. 

We are looking for someone with: 

  • A proven track record in designing and delivering brownfield projects valued above $35m on ideally in the manufacturing sector 

  • Solid understanding of materials and production processes 

  • You will have a strong aptitude for both technical challenges while also being able to influence those around you for “best project outcomes” 

  • Experience with “hands on design and project management delivery work 

  • Track record in creating detailed business transition plans and construction programs 

  • Advanced skills in cost tracking , risk and issues management, resource forecasting and business continuity planning essential
