Sales Support Coordinator – Auckland 

Potter Interior Systems is a leading supplier of building materials for use in the industrial and commercial construction industry. Products include aluminium partitioning, ceiling panels and grid, steel battens, thermal and acoustic insulation, Passive Fire Products as well as a large range of acoustic wall coverings and whiteboards.

The Opportunity!

Only the best customer experience can complement our premium building systems, and due to business growth we have a new opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our high performing and friendly team who all have a genuine passion for delivering brilliant service and sales outcomes!

Key duties & Responsibilities

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with Account Mangers and internal teams through open communication
  • Provide sales support to the team, ensuring all potential leads are covered in a professional manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction targets for on time delivery, quality, quantity, and service are met
  • Co-ordinate orders, deliveries, and stock requirements for key customers
  • Provide back up to the Customer Service desk when necessary

  • Experience in a similar role supporting a sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with a warm manner
  • Resilience and the ability to keep up in a fast paced and busy environment 
  • Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A vibrant personality – we like to work hard and have fun!
  • Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
