Part of the CSR family, our Masonry and Insulation Business Unit comprises of Bradford Insulation, PGH Bricks and Monier Roofing. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a large range of products and systems.


The Opportunity


We currently have an opportunity to lead our Victorian residential sales teams in our newly formed business unit Masonry & Insulation.

You will drive budgeted sales revenue and manage customer relationships, while creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies for the residential builder segment in Victoria.

This is a unique position in that we run a Supply & Fix business, whereby we not only sell the product, but ensure it is fitted and installed to the highest standard.

Role Accountabilities

  • Deliver the numbers – EBIT, Revenue, Volume and ASP
  • Establish major customer target lists and develop strategic plans on how to grow the business
  • Assist in the development of a strategic plan to drive category sales and margin growth through the channel
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic customers
  • Drive a high-performance culture by setting clear objectives for all team members
  • Champion agreed National initiatives, Marketing campaigns and New Product Development (NPD)
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement with efficient business processes and systems, resulting in a frictionless customer experience
  • Establish and maintain a safety culture ensuring compliance with WHSE authorities

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior sales management including a track record of successfully managing a large sales team for at least 5 years
  • Track record in talent management and development
  • Extensive analytical capability, including forecasting, reporting and budgeting skills
  • Strong strategy development and execution
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management
  • Strong negotiation skills and contract management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
