Responsibilities & Duties

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Selection Centre Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team based at our Oxley Display Centre. Working full-time the successful applicant will be known for their exceptional customer service, outstanding communication skills and the ability to think on their feet.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the successful candidate will need to be systemised, energetic and have the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team.

Based at our Oxley Display Centre and working 5 days a week, the Selection Centre Co-Ordinator is accountable for providing exceptional customer experience to both our internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure customer inquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner, while also providing colour advice for customer selections.  You will also oversee the day-to-day operation of the Display Centre.


Skills & Qualifications required

To be considered for this role you will be known for your strong customer focus, accuracy, reliability and willingness to go the extra mile.


Ideally you will have; 

  • A positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount 
  • Excellent communication, coordination and time management skills
  • A high level of computer literacy including experience using MS office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach to problems and opportunities
  • A willingness to learn
  • Experience with colour and design is an advantage
  • SAP experience will be highly regarded

In addition, you must be able to work as part of a wider dynamic team and be open to Saturday work if required.
