The Opportunity
We have a unique opportunity for a proactive and results-focused Customer Service Manager to lead our Customer Service Team QLD for our PGH Bricks division. You will be responsible for forging a collaborative and service-centric culture.

This position will suit a hands-on leader with a proven record in customer service who is looking to join a market leader within the growing building industry.

Your role is critical to ensure a first-class customer service experience to external clients and internal teams, including the commercial, warehousing and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading, managing, and developing a team of 8 people
  • Setting SMART goals in conjunction with team members to meet business outcomes
  • Building an exceptional customer service led culture
  • Provide ongoing SAP assistance and training to the customer service team
  • Identify opportunities to develop and expand product & system knowledge
  • Working jointly with other internal functions to achieve success

Key attributes and competencies

  • 5+ years’ experience in Customer Service Manager position
  • Prior experience in a management position, a proven capability in mentoring and coaching team members
  • Strong computer skills - Intermediate Excel skills and SAP
  • Well-developed communication skills and conflict resolution capability
  • Demonstrable ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and resolve issues in a timely manner
